It seems that a lot of investigative teams these days have psychics on their staff. In our case, I'm that person. I'm our psychic and our webmistress, in fact.
At any rate, one thing that I've noticed is that if you watch or listen to the paranormal programs on TV or radio, it seems that a lot of these so-called psychics are frauds, or at least are putting on a show SOME of the time.
Some of them get it right up to 50% of the time (which is actually a pretty good success rate) but I find myself questioning how much they know about a place before they go into it. Derek Acorah, formerly of "Most Haunted" is a good example of one I find difficult to believe.
His profile on the "Most Haunted" website is located here.
One thing that I've noticed is that he trances a lot. Does anybody have experience with psychics first hand who trance so often? I do it on occasion, it's almost always involuntary, and I never "channel" the way that he does. I just get information from an outside source and pass it on.
What do you think? |

Hey, I love that show! :P Derek gets it right a lot of the time, though, doesn't he? I think it's cool that he can talk to his spirit guide and all that. I wish I could...
Do you really think that all psychics are frauds? |
